Companion Care Service Plans represent programs with a "bank" of hours that can be accessed through payment of an annual (or monthly) rate.
*The Platinum Plan provides 10,000 Lifetime Membership Hours
*The Gold Plan provides 6,000 Lifetime Membership Hours
*The Silver Plan provides 3,000 Lifetime Membership Hours
*The Bronze Plan provides 1,500 Lifetime Membership Hours
